Dr. Shay Vazquez, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, FNP-C
Dr. Shay Vazquez is a highly experienced and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in providing exceptional healthcare services. As a key member of the Magnolia Mobile Care team, Dr. Shay is committed to delivering personalized and compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Dr. Shay earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Baylor University, where she honed her skills in advanced clinical practice and leadership. She also holds a Master’s degree in Population Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from Stevenson University. Her extensive education and training have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of patient care, health promotion, and disease prevention.
Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by both the American Nurses Credentialing Center (FNP-BC) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (FNP-C), Dr. Shay is recognized for her expertise in managing a wide range of health conditions. Her approach to care emphasizes holistic health, patient education, and the development of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
